VTX LINK

VTX is ideal for all applications where a video camera needs to be used by a mobile operator. Using the 1.394 GHz UK licence exempt frequency and the international licence exempt frequency of 2.4 GHz, the VTX link offers an efficient, low cost, flexible solution to users.

VTX is a totally wire free system allowing any composite video input to be transmitted to a receiver, which can then be connected to any standard monitor, VCR, multiplexer or quad processor.

VTX is available with a number of options including audio channel and alarm trigger. The unit is enclosed in a weatherproof casing incorporating the transmitter and rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack and is supplied with a leather case to allow ease of mounting to a belt. VTX is currently in use with Emergency Services, Police Forces and Rescue Services together with a number of Commercial Clients who require a highly mobile video solution.

In addition to the standard ¼ wave whip antenna provided, the following receiver antenna options are available:

Boxed active antenna (200% range gain)
High gain panel or Yagi antenna (250% range gain)

Boxed monitoring receiver case
